MAR 002 A Week at the Beach!

This prize is a week at a small cottage in the town of Anna Maria Beach which is just North of Sarasota and south of St. Petersburg. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a heated pool. The cottage only has 1040 square feet...but is quite adorable as you see in the pictures. It is just under two short blocks to a wonderful beach. Everyone walks or rides bikes down there. It is a slice of old Florida with no high rises or large hotels and they/we want to keep it that way.

Cottage is on a space available basis. This prize is for 1 week which will begin and end on Saturday. Holiday weeks will not be available as these are already booked up. There MAY be other weeks that may be booked or unavailable at this time also. The donor will work with the winner on making reservations.
Reservations must be made for use by 12/15/09, otherwise the prize is forfeit. Once made, reservations may not be changed.
Small Pets are allowed at this location at the owners discretion with a refundable deposit of $250. Winner will be responsible for any damage costs assessed. Prize is use of cottage only; it does not include transportation or other expenses.
