Cairn Terrier Times is the quarterly newsletter of Col. Potter Cairn Rescue Network.
Our newsletter highlights current Col. Potter programs and people as well as discusses concerns of any pet owner but especially those of a rescue owner.
'Angel Wings' are awarded to non CPCRN members who assist us.
Col. Potter offers a yearly subscription for $15 to members of Cairn Rescue Mentoring,
and $20 for non-members mailed within the United States.
