would like to thank you for your donation of Cairn or Westie coat for use in Cairngora
- Fur that is less than one-half inch in length cannot be used in Cairngora products. This is too short in length to be properly woven in our yarn.
- The best material is plucked (stripped) , clean fur. We can use fur from a Mars grooming as long as it meets the above length.
- We need a quart size ZipLoc bag stuffed full to make a leash.
- The coat should be free of mats and DRY.
- If you are sending coat from multiple dogs, please sort the different colors into separate bags.
- Excess coat sent for custom leashes will be considered donated for other Cairngora items.

Please store your coat until April. Janet only accepts coat from April to October. Store it in a brown paper bag to allow it to air (plastic bags can allow it to mold).
