Gift Choices   We ask that you provide us with your 1st through 10th choices at this time.  Where the 1st choice is the item you want the most.  Once submitted, prize requests cannot be changed.

IF our Random Selection Program selects one of your personally assigned pledge squares, you will receive the top AVAILABLE prize from your list. 

If all your prize choices were previously won by other donors that were drawn before you, then CPCRN reserves the right to choose for you.   In this case, and in the case of the 'Pick For Me' choices, the prize awarder will choose a prize from the items remaining.  We hope you like it, there will be no changes once the award has been announced. There is no guarantee that the prize you win will be the most valuable. Condo prizes will only be won by those who request them.

Donate Gift back to CPCRN
If you choose NOT to receive a gift, you have the option to donate the gift you won back to CPCRN for future fundraisers. To do this, simply select the "Donate Gift back to CPCRN" option at anytime, up through the time that you may actually win a gift and this gift has been chosen.

"Pick For Me" or "Donate Gift back to CPCRN" can be selected at any time as one of your choices below. For example, if there are only 4 items you are interested in you would set your 1st through 4th choices to those items, but then select "Pick For Me" or "Donate Gift back to CPCRN" as your 5th choice.

NOTE: If you select either of these options, then all subsequent choice settings will be set to "Donate Gift back to CPCRN" or "Pick For Me" depending on which one you had chosen. A tax receipt for any item donated back to CPCRN will be provided upon request.
