CPCRN Christmas Auction

Join us in a 12 Days of Christmas Auction - just in the nick of time, just when you thought you had run out of time to find that super special little something, along comes Col. Potter with some extra special goodies just for our favored friends.
We are proud to present some special Christmas items as well as some other items which might be of interest.
There are a few rules for this auction which will make it run smoothly.
1. This is an auction, NOT a raffle, so HIGH BID WINS! The Minimum initial bid is $10.00 unless listed differently with a BID UP AMOUNT ON ALL items OF $5.00 . . . so if you see a bid on an item that is $15.00, your bid has to be AT LEAST $20.00 . . . however YOU CAN BID HIGHER if you wish. Your email bid arrival time to our mail box will be used to "break ties" if the same amount is bid by two or more people. REMEMBER that ALL bid prices include the shipping costs also . . . this is a great deal!
2. Bids are made by email to Cairn Rescue Mall. Each item has a click on to create an email message to send. You will be sending one email per bid. Please include your Name, Address, Shipping Address if different, and how you want to pay (check/Paypal) in the body of the email. Please do NOT change the subject of the email. If Item is to be a gift, please note Gift in the email and include the recipient information.
3.This isn't E-Bay, you won't get a real-time response. High bids will be updated once or twice a day, you can see the update time by checking the page change date at the bottom of the page. Your bid is accepted AS RECEIVED - no proxy bidding here - if you bid $50.00, that bid is accepted in full. You will receive notice of receipt of your bid when it is processed. You WILL NOT receive OUTBID notices - with the exception for those who bid the same amount as a winning bid.
4.Auction closes at 9 PM EST on December 14. Winner will receive a notice that will include Tax info. A link for Paypal payments will be provided at that time. Checks will also be accepted and will need to be made out to "Col. Potter Cairn Rescue Network" then mailed to the following address: CPCRN - Christmas Auction % Susan Mower P.O. 5. Winning bid donations should be sent in quickly.
6. Items will be shipped Priority Mail by Dec 19 at the latest. This should allow the item to be received at your address by Christmas. We reserve the right to hold an item pending payment.
